Traffic banned for Ginza Artists; All traffic was banned on the Ginza, Tokyo's Main street on Sunday, so that young artists could sketch and paint the famous thoroughfare without being run over by any of Tokyo "Kamikaze" taxi drivers. The closing of central city streets is becoming popular in Tokyo as it allow shoppers freedom from motor traffic.
