"Refuse Collector" Not "Dustman": The sight of a dustman walking in the Royal Borough of Kensington this morning gives rise to conjecture as toe whether they are trying to get their status raised to "gentleman refuse collector", or is it possible that with the news that there would again be no racing at Royal Ascot, a would-be race goer has thrown away his hat in disgust. Anyhow, dustman Dennis Angel of Notting Hill certainly gives a smart new appearance to the workers of the Royal Borough.
