Boys From Eton See "How-The-Other-Half-Lives"... Seven scholars from Eton College paid a visit to Barony Colliery, Auchinleck, Ayrshire... They all tries their hands at hewing coal in the mine - and crawling through pits -and they all came up with a piece of coal backed by their own hands from the pit face.. The "See how the other half lives" visit was organised by Mr. Emrys Hughes M.P. for S. Ayrshire.. They were entertained at a dance by the locals.
