Beautifying Tokyo: In order to give some relief to the huge multi-story concrete buildings which overshadow the inhabitants of the sprawling borough of Shinjuku, Tokyo, the city planners have built a central plaza and fountains in the populous district. The cascades which change colors every few minutes has already become a rendezvous for young lovers and evening strollers trying to beat the summer heat.
