Gamal Abdel Nasser for foreign students - 950 students from 80 countries study at Gamal Abdel Nasser Foreign Students Institute in Sofia. They pass here a course of education in Bulgarian prior to their studies at the university. Young people from Nigeria, Cuba, Vietnam, Chile, Laos, Cyprus, Lebanon etc. learn Bulgarian in the institute, and also according to their future profession physics, mathematics, chemistry and biology. With the aim of getting better acquainted with Bulgaria they study the history and economy of the country and go on excursions to picturesque and historic places. OPS: During the mathematics lesson.
