Canadian covered wagon for Lord Mayor's show: The Government of Alberta have sent over a covered wagon to participate in the Lord Mayor's Show which takes place this Saturday, Nov, 10th. Alberta's involvement is the result of a personal invitation from the Lord Mayor Elect, Sir Peter Gadaden who was born in Alberta. The wagon, will be drawn by four horses and driven by the coachman of the Lord Mayor's carriage, John Lawless, but only to try it out. Photo shows the Lord Mayor's coachman John Lawless wearing a western style hat stands before the wagon with Susan Holt from Alberta, Canada, during the photo call today.
