The Famous Hungarian Red Pepper: the richest red pepper crop of recent years has been gathers recently in the region of Kalocsa, South Hungary. After the harvesting is completed the top salty red paper strings are hung on the walls of of houses and fences to be dried., The state farm and household plots of the Kalocsa region expect to gather some 2800 wagons of red pepper. Photo Shows Red Paprika strings cover the walls after harvesting at Bathy Village Bacs County. The Paprika strings need drying for six weeks.
