Managing Director Of Balkan Holidays Told To Leave Britain.: Bulgarian Mr. Georgi Gotsev, managing director Balkan Holidays, has been told by the Home Office that he must leave Britain for "security reasons" by January 19. Mr. Gotsev , whose wife and daughter returned home last July said today : "I don't know why this has happened. I was going home anyway." He said he would not be appealing against the refusal to renew his visa. A Bulgarian Embassy spokesman said : "The state travel firm, for which Mr. Gotsev works, is purely and simply a travel firm with no political ties." Photo shows the shop in South Molton street, where it is business as usual.
