Roman Heritage Trails: The Roman Empire is making a comeback in Britain with the help of the national tourist boards. Nine Roman Heritage Trails, linking sits and cities throughout England, Scotland and Wales have been devised under the common symbol of the head of the Emperor Hardrian, taken from an authentic coin of the time. The trails cover everything from a fort at Ardech in Scotland to a Villa at Trading in the isle of Wight; from an amphitheater are Carmathen to a light house at Dover, to a natural hot spring water of the Roman Bath , at Bath.
