Security Council hears statements by five Latin American Foreign Minister: The Security Council, at its meeting in Panama City this afternoon heard statements by five Latin American Foreign Ministers as it continued consideration of "Measures for the maintenance and strengthening of international peace and security in Latin America in conformity with the provisions and principles of the Charter". Statements were made by the Foreign Minister of Peru, Guyana, Mexico, Colombia and Cuba. The representatives of the United States spoke under right of reply.
