Belgian Artists make the most if hoardings surrounding building construction in Brussels: Much of the heart of Brussels is being repeatedly changed by the monotony of high hoardings erected around building construction. Because of the opportunities offered, artists are making themselves busy decorating the free space with some good artistic efforts. Photo shows some of the artist's work displayed at a building site in Brussels, some of which are quite amusing as the policeman who seems concerned with the little "Manneken Pie".
