"Roman Street" On The Bundesgartenschau Bonn 1979 (April 27th Until 21st): Many ways lead to the Bundesgartenschau Bonn 1979- also the Roman Street! 26 castings from gravestones and altars reminds the visitors in the "Rheinauenpark" at the Roman legionary camp "Bonna". The Romans burried their deads besides the streets connecting their camps. Some of the gravestones shows sculptures of the deads, the inscriptions point to the names, ages and the professions of the Romans. The "via romana" was given from the landscape-association to the Bundesgartenschau 1979.
