Lincoln Bomber over Germany. Sir Ivone Kirkpatrick, the British High Commissioner in Germany, has been instructed to make the protest to General Chukiov, the Russian High Commissioner.. Sir Ivone is demanding compensation and punishment for those responsible for the outrage..
