Youth Charges With Murder Of Girl Of Cliff Top Clifford Watson: Eighteen year old Clifford Watson of Chepstow, appeared in court at Lydney, Gloucestershire, yesterday accused of the murder of 21 year old Daphne Rosalind Davis a Librarian, of St. Margret's Road. Hendon. Her body was found in a field the Beachly Aust ferry on the River Severn, close to the officer', Mess of the Army Apprentices' School,. She was about to have a picnic lunch when she was murdered. Photo Shows Clifford Watson the accused youth.
