Precautions At Bow Street Court.
Security precautions were being taken at Bow Street, where seven men and three women are appearing again charged that "on divers days on and before March 8, within the jurisdiction of the Central Criminal Court, they unlawfully and maliciously conspired together, and with other persons, to cause by explosive substances, explosions in the United Kingdom of a nature likely to endanger life or to cause serious injury to property contrary to section 3a of the Explosive Substances Act, 1883.
