"St. Paul's" - Protest Meeting... General View. A protest meeting was held this afternoon on the steps of St. Paul's Cathedral - organised by Mr. J.K. Figg a 39 year old City Sales Manager who lives in Wandswornn - to protest against the sitting of a 90 ft building which will obscure much of the Cathedral from Ludgate Hill... Housing Minister Sir Keith Joseph was invited to attend - but did not arrive. Photo Shows: Top: The protest meeting on the steps of St. Paul's today.
