Queen attends dedication at St. Paul's: H.M. the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh today attended a service for the re-dedication of the restored eastern part of St. Paul's Cathedral and the dedication of the new High Altar as a memorial to the 335.451 men and women of the Commonwealth overseas who died in the two world wars.
