Sir Anthony Eden, the Prime Minister, Earl Attlee, a former Prime Minister, and The Earl of Iveagh, were installed as Knights Companions of the Most Noble Order of the Garter, at St. George's Chapel, Windsor. Bippa Photo Shows:- This little boy couldn't care less - he had a sleep on the pavement behind the public in the grounds of Windsor Castle, during Garter ceremony.
