1964 Press Photo "Danger! Icy Road"

Unvoluntary stopped; our young lady, when she, armed with a bunch of spring flowers, discovered this traffic sign on the way to her friends. "Danger! Icy Road" you can read here - and that in June. Is it possible that a joker settled his place in the Road building office of Munich was it forgotten to demolish this traffic sign or perhaps the city fathers provided for the winter 1964/65? We don't know.
