Gibraltar: Mr. J. Hassan, the leader of the Association for the Advancement of Civil Rights and Chairman of the City Council. He is sitting at the Chairman's place in the Council Chamber in the old City Hall which was slightly damaged in the war. A barrister by profession, he is intensely interested in the attainment of his association'a objectives, but through constitutional channels.
