Sir Christopher wren party - 17th century lives again in London.: A 17th century party was organized this evening by members of the Association of Kensington Antiquarians, a group of antique dealers. Members of the Association, dressed in period costume, went to Trig Lane steps, off Upper Thames Street, where Thames lightermen, dressed in Doggetts Coat and Badge regalia, rowed them across to Bankside. There the party led by ''Sir Christopher Wren'' portrayed by Gordon Hand, chairman of the Kensington Antique dealers Association, paid a visit to 49 Cardinals Wharf, where Sir Christopher Wren is reputed to have lived. Photo shows ''Sir Christopher Wren'', portrayed by Gordon Hand (center) is seen reading the scroll to Mr. Jeoffrey Van (left) and Mr. Archie Loveday, dressed in period costumes, with St. Paul's Cathedral in the background.
