Tortoise race in Berlin for the elections. This 'tortoise race for Parliamentary representation' is certainly not an advertisement for the Federal Election on November 19th. It was organised by some artists from the divided city. One of the tortoise owner said "Party reforms are a great deal slower than my tortoises" and "This is the only way we can participate in the election". Berliners are not able to elect members of the Federal Parliament.
