"Extra Work For No Pay" Girls: The five girls at the firm of Colt Heating and Ventilation, of Surbiton, Surrey, who volunteered to work an extre half-an-hour a day without pay, were at work this morning. The girls' firm has received a telegram from Prince Philip saying; :If we all go into 1968 in the spirit we shall certainly well on its feet again. Goodluck and keep up the good work. Photo shows. One of the five girls who volunteered to work extras for no pay-20-year old Joan Southwell, seen wearing an I'm Backing Britain badge, at her first today.
