Preparations For The Leipzig Spring Fair: Last preparations are made for the Leipzig Spring Fair (East-Germany)which will be held from March 5th till 14th, 1961. Here, a newly developed television transmitter is being tested for the last time before being brought to the exhibition site in Leipzig. it is an East-german product for transmitting picture and sound (10 kilo-wattt).
