During the last four weeks about 30.000 refugees from the Soviet-zone of Germany were asking for asylum in Western Berlin. It is ~~~~~~ly very difficult to provide for the housing facilities for all these people as there is much lack of shelter. The refugees ~~~ps arfe already overcrowded. How a Berlin - Heukocln wood factory cleared a workshop in order to give more than 3000 people shelter. There is now one paillasse basic the other used by old and young under one roof.
