Air-force officers as "apprentices" in the USA
Six German air-force officers are at the moment staying in the USA where they attend a two-months course with the Starfighter F-104, getting to know it in the practice. This most modern jet fighter in the world will be built in West Germany in common licence of Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, according to the treaty signed on March 5th. After their return, the officers will take over the education of pilots in West-Germany.
