1933 Press Photo Scene from Ziehrer's Operetta "The Tramps"

This was quite an excellent joke: which the both lieutenants are writing down on their paper cuffs. It is a nice scene from Ziehrer's classical operetta 'The Tramps" which had is amusing revival in Munich Guertner Place Theatre. The first night was in Vienna in 1900.
