French Students At The County Hall: A party of about 60 French students who are in this country for a month on a summer languages course organised by the Cite Club Universitaire, today visited the County Hall, where they heard a talk on the work of the London County Council, and saw the Council's film "Capital County", after which they toured the County Hall. Photo shows Two of the French students on their arrival at the County Hall today. They are (L to R): Fransoise Adrian, 20, of Rouan, and Claudine Wagner, 21, of Paris. They shelter under an umbrella from the rain.
