French Students At The County Hall: A party of about 60 French students who are in this country for a month on a summer languages course organised by the Cite Club Universitaire, today visited the County Hall, where they heard a talk on the work of the L.C.C. and saw the Council's film "Capital County", after which they toured the County Hall. Photo shows Four of the French students shelter under an umbrella on their arrival at County Hall today.
