New service by German bank - at Hanover Fair Cash Cheques without leaving car "O.K." by television; A special service has been inaugurated by the Sparkasse Bank, Hanover. A branch has been opened on one of the main roads leading to the fair by which a driver can hand in his cheque for cashing without leaving his car. The cheque is televised direct to the bank's head office. If the signature funds etc are ok a green light comes on otherwise the light is red.
