Ltd. perform the traditional "topping off" ceremony of the London Hilton Hotel 328 ft above Park Lane today, with some of the 400 workers who have been employed on the site since Nov. 1960. Work is ahead of schedule on this ~6 m. 30 story building which will be London's tallest hotel when it open next February.
