Palace Sentries go behind the railings.: For the first time, the sentries at Buckingham Palace were this morning marching up and down behind the railings of Buckingham Palace, instead of in front of them. The War Office ordered the change because the large number of tourists was beginning to harass the men. Photo shows Early morning visitors seen looking through the railings at the sentries who are now back against Palace wall, after this morning's change over.
