trooping the Colour ceremony. Why the tail Swishing?: The ceremony of trooping the Colour to mark the official birthday of H. M. The Queen, was held today on Horse Guards Parade. The colour troped today was that of the 3rd. Battalion the Grenadier Guards. Photo shows H. m. The Queen taking the salute at the march past at Buckingham Palace on her return to the ceremony. Next to her is the Duke of Edinburgh. The Queen's horse appears to looking round to see why the Duke's horse is swishing his tail.
