1968 Press Photo Mr. Cecil King dismissed chairman International Publishing

Cecil King 'Fired' As Chairman of Mirror Group. Mr. Cecil King, 67, was dismissed as chairman of the International Publishing Corporation, publishers of the Daily Mirror and Sunday Mirror. he was replaced by his deputy, Mr. Hugh Oudlipp, 54. Mr. King said : "I have been fired." He had been asked to resign by fellow members of the board, but had refused. Photo Shows:- Mr. Cecil King pictured.
