Admiral Radford, the chief of the common American general staff, intends to inform about the situation of the European defense during his trip through Europe. He spent a visit of politeness to the Chancellor of the German Confederation Dr. Adenauer at Bonn. Our picture shows the High Commissioner Dr. Conant, Admiral Radford and Dr. Adenauer.
