At 86 he began a 10 year film career , now at 100; he asks for something to do: Mr. Alfred Emson, M.B.E., a retired tailor who began a ten year career as a film extra at 86, celebrated his 100th. birthday yesterday. At home yesterday, he said :"After "No Highway" they seemed to think i was too old at the studios".
A family party celebrated his birthday yesterday. But, he says Mr. Emson, " I get bored staring at the fire. i wish there was something i could do".
