"Gold Rush" Treadgold Still On The Trail.
The dusty trail of Arthur Newton Christian Treadgold, which took him into the Klondyke gold rush of 1886, brought him to London. He sat in Mr. Justice Lynn-Parry's court in the Chancery Division. The case was about £2,500,000 which he said was his. At 82 years of age, he is suing the Yukon Consolidated Gold Corporation, Ltd., and the North Fork Power Company Ltd., claiming that the corporation was a trustee of mining properties for himself or the company.
