Today Mrs Thatcher handed over a copy of the deeds of the house to the Greater London Council's 12,000th buyer, Mr James Patterson of 39 Amersham Road, Harold Hill, Havering, Mrs Thatcher met Mr Patterson and his wife Maursen and their three children. twise Martin and Varnon and daughter Leison at their tarsced home.
