ANGLO.EGYPTIAN PACT ON THE SUDAN SIGNED IN CAIRO. GENERAL NEGUIB ATTENDS MEETING: An agreement between Britain and Egypt granting self-government to the Sudan and providing for self-determination of its future within three years was signed in Cairo yesterday. Preparations for elections to form a Sudanese Parliament will be set in brand at once and will take place at end of March or beginning of April - and a Sudanese Parliament and Government should be in existence by the end of April..
