MR. MAIENKOV ARRIVES IN LONDON.
MR. MALENKOV, the Soviet Minister for Electtrical Stations, and former Premier, arrived in London today, He is leading a delegation of 18 experts for a three-weeks visit to study Britian's electrical Poer stations.
