Unusual Friends: An eight year old rhesus monkey, inmate of a private zoo in Christchurch, New Zealand, is a self-appointed guardian of animal wolfs and strays. Blackie likes to offer the hospitality of his cage to homeless rabbits, cats and dogs - and judging by this picture, he clearly gets very attached to his visitors.
