The High Court is expected to gave its decision today on whether Michael Caborn Waterfield, known as "Dandy Kim" should be extradited to France to serve a four year sentence passed on him in his absence. In 1956 before a French Court he was accused of taking part in a $25,000 theft from the Villa at Antibes of Mr, Jack Warner, the American film producer.
