Christopher Mayhew Outlines His Plans For The Future With The Liberal Party.
Following his application to join the Liberal Party, Mr. Christopher Mayhew, labour M.P. for Woolwich East, outlined his plans for the future when he attended a press conference side by side with Liberal leader, Mr. Jeremy Thorpe. Mr. Mayhew will not be seeking re-election in East Woolwich, but will wait for the Liberals to offer him a seat in another constituency.
