Mr. Christopher Mayhew Applies To Join Liberal party.
Mr. Christopher Mayhew, labour MP for Woolwich East, and a former Labour Minister, has applied to join the Liberal Party. Mr. Mayhew resigned as Mr. Wilson's Navy Minister in 1966 in a row over defence policy.
