Russia's top envoy, charge d'affairs, VLADILLEV
VASEV, will today discuss with the Soviet
Foreign Minister, OR GROMYKO, the affair of the
Russian who was taken from a Soviet airliner at
London Airport by British police an Saturday.
He flew to Scotland last night where he will
meet Mr, GROMYKO when the Soviet Foreign Minieter,s,
plane calls at Prestwiok airport on his way to
a U,N, meeting in New York. Yesterday VASRV received
