One of the moat terrible crimes in Germany since the last years has happened neare Cologne. The german tramp RICHARD LUDWIG STRACK , born 11.8.1932
in BRUHL near Cologne, previously convicated four indecent assaults, and just free of prison, vialated two german girls WALTRAUD SCHIFFER and URSULA PALEIT ( 11 years old ) and mutilated the girls horrible. The mutilated dead bodys are discovered in a summer house near Cologne on October 23th. The
girls were missed since October 13.
