New General For the Salvation Army: Commissioner Erik Wickberg, 65, from Sweden, was today elected General of the Salvation Army in Succession to Gen. Frederick Centts, who is retire on Sept. 21st, his 70th. birthday. Commissioner Wickberg was council, at the Salvation Army's youth centre, Sunbury Court, Midllesex.
