"THE STRANGLER" ARRESTED... The man who confessed to be the killer of young Luc TARON and who signed his letters to the Police and the Press as "The Strangler" confessed today to the Police. He had been arrested two days ago when "The Strangler" wrote to the police that a man had been killed inside a car which belonged to a Mr. Lucien LEGER.The "Strangler" and LEGER are one and the same person. LEGER is a 27-year old attendant is a psychiatric clinic ops/ Mr TARON, father of Luc, and his companion arriving at Police headquarters after Lucien LEGER confessed he was "The Strangler".
