New Bruhne Proceedings? The Second Great Criminal Court of the County Court Munich II has agreed to the appeal - proposition of the Ferbach defender Dr. Pelka. Before a new lasuit can be opened, the new witness must be asked by the Court. The Witness is a service lady of a famous inn at Munich, she says to have seen the murdered Dr. Praun at 19.45 in this inn. That's the time, where Johann Ferbach shall have murdered the doctor.
