April 1st, 1975 Shelepin in London â Alexander Shelepin, the former KGB chief, has arrived in London with a Soviet Trade Union delegation as the guests of the TUC. This morning he visited the TUC headquarters at Congress House. Keystone Photo Shows: A demonstrator being removed by police outside Congress House this morning.
